Hello! I’m Megan Sparrow, the founder of Cowboy Coffee Co, and I’m proud to work alongside my husband, Lance Sparrow. After moving to Charlotte, NC, we found ourselves spending our weekends exploring local farmers markets and events around the area. It was during this time that my passion for owning a business tailored for events really began to take shape. With both of us sharing a deep love for coffee, it wasn’t long before the idea of starting our coffee cart became a reality. We’re excited to bring our vision to life and share the joy of great coffee with you at any event!
